First maintenance appointment for your furnace, air conditioner or water tank can be scheduled no sooner than 3 months into the plan. In order to offer priority booking and flexible scheduling for these services, we perform maintenance only during off-peak seasons. To ensure lasting worry-free coverage, all maintenance care plans are automatically charged on a monthly basis. Credit card payments only.


All plans include one preventative maintenance on the unit indicated once a year. Any outstanding balance for any service/maintenance already performed will become due immediately upon cancellation of any plans above. Consumable goods not included: filters, pads, batteries, etc.
